They also have access to an abundance of food to ensure they each get their share of 100lbs a day! We grow our cow feed right here on the farm, so we always know what goes into what they eat. Oakridge Dairy also makes sure our girls get plenty of water — one cow drinks 50 gallons of water from our well to stay refreshed all day long. Providing our cows with well water straight from the ground means we avoid all the harsh chemicals you find in “city” water.
